Using Pictures from Active Directory

Here is a method on how to add tow tabs, Photo and Employee, to the user property sheet in Active Directory and it will be displayed in Outlook, Lync and SharePoint.

Download adext.zip and extract it.
Copy the adExt.dll to C:\

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\InstallUtil.exe C:\adExt.dll

or the 64-bit version if your OS is 64-bit:

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\InstallUtil.exe C:\adExt.dll

Done!
